The Role -
The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Global Head of Marketing and Communications and sit within a team of four marketers in the UK (with the wider marketing team consisting of ten globally). The Senior Marketing Manager will be tasked with developing the EMEA marketing strategy to support client acquisition and customer retention (through Key Account Marketing). Each deal closed by sales has an average sales cycle of 12-18 months, so the successful candidate will have experience of planning and running complex, content-lead lead nurture programmes (ideally previous experience of Pardot and Salesforce). As this Senior Marketing Manager role sits in the global head office of this fintech innovator it will also play a large part in defining the global marketing and communication strategy. This will require someone to have experience of either working in the fintech industry or someone that has worked in a B2B technology business.
