This Marketing Manager position will lead a team of four to six marketers, reporting directly to the UK Marketing Director, and sitting within a wider marketing department of 35 people. It will be the Marketing Managers responsibility to own the value proposition development for the Digital Transformation Services division of this organisation. The Digital Transformation proposition needs to be tailored across all their verticals including Central and Local Government and align with the overall company UK&I proposition.
Core objectives for the role include -
The successful candidate will have experience of leading a team of marketers to develop a digital technology proposition specifically targeting the public sector. This marketing function support sales cycles of up to three years and deal sizes of multi-million-pounds, so the Marketing Manager must be confident of delivering a complex, integrated, content-lead marketing approach.
