We are looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager for the Amazon Music team in Europe, based in Munich, Berlin or London. This Sr. Marketing Manager will develop various marketing campaigns and programs to acquire new customers by leveraging Amazon’s wide range of service and product offerings including but not limited to Amazon Devices, Prime membership, E-Commerce, and other digital services etc. A successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically - from the creation of plans, to the execution, and analysis of business impact.

You will be a successful marketer that delivers results and have worked for global brands, either on client or agency side. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience planning and executing large marketing campaigns across big cross functional teams, and will feel comfortable in negotiating with key business partners and global Amazon teams to gain alignment on marketing plans and ultimately manage all aspects of the project execution.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, has the ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others and drive results. You will be highly skilled in making data driven decisions, recommending and implementing strategies that achieve measurable results, driving towards Amazon Music team goals. This role will include interaction with local partner and global teams and require a strong ability to communicate effectively with various business and product teams. Success in this role requires excellent customer instincts, understanding how to streamline and work within Amazon Music’s voice, the ability to define strategy from scratch and set customer-centric campaign goals, excellent project management skills, an aptitude for developing insights-driven global strategies. You will need to possess an entrepreneurial ability to try new and different things with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities:
· Own the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns to drive customer growth for Amazon Music Unlimited
· Collaborate closely with other business teams to manage simultaneous time-sensitive global projects that support acquisition growth
· Use analytical insights to create actionable strategies that will help increase effectiveness against marketing goals
· Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
· Manage blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and meet committed delivery timelines
· Document and present strategies and periodic updates to internal and external audiences

Business Skills Needed:
· A tenacious self-starter who can serve as a strong advocate for our customer and our business
· Possess exceptional marketing, merchandising and project management skills
· Capable of handling multiple projects at once amidst rapidly-changing priorities and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
· Ability to be successful both as an individual contributor and a team player
· Ability to perform at both strategic and tactical levels
· Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities, thrive on solving challenging problems and not afraid to challenge the status quo

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
· Several years of relevant acquisition marketing or digital marketing experience including management of marketing channels
· Proficient in English (verbal and written)
· Experience negotiating complex agreements in high pressure environments
· A proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals; evidence of the ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, experience, and judgment
· Ability to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Capable of handling multiple projects at once amidst rapidly-changing priorities and comfortable dealing with ambiguity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Proficient in German, French, Italian or Spanish (verbal and written)
· Relevant experience in subscription businesses
