This is an opportunity to join an early-stage team in Amazon Logistics to launch a new and innovative business in the B2C shipping space. Amazon Shipping is looking for a highly-driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute scalable marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.

Responsibilities will include:
· Brand strategy: Defining our overall brand strategy, and working with key leaders across the business to achieve this vision
· Content creation: Overseeing the production of copy and creative assets in-line with our brand - in partnership with internal design teams and external agencies
· Channel management: Launching and managing campaigns across internal and external channels, often in partnership with third-party agencies
· Customer engagement: Developing effective processes for managing and monitoring communications with existing customers from multiple internal teams
You are the ideal candidate if:
· You have developed and implemented positioning/localisation strategies for a major brand or product portfolio
· You are a talented storyteller with a proven track record in creating compelling brand assets and content
· You are able to extract actionable insights from internal and external data and pivot campaign strategies accordingly
· You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner - particularly in written form
· You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment
· You can easily shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver results

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study
· 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, brand management, demand generation or similar roles in a B2B/B2C environment
· Experience in effectively developing and implementing marketing plans that drive customer demand
· Proven track record of using quantitative and analytical skills to generate insights to inform strategy and measure performance of marketing campaigns
· Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
· Experience with digital marketing channels such as email, digital display, SEO, PPC.
· Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
· Fluency in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or Master's degree in Marketing
· Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
· Experience in a start-up/high-growth environment
