The Prime Video marketing teams are looking for highly motivated, innovative and performance-oriented Senior Marketing Managers.
Our teams currently have a range of exciting opportunities across the different marketing areas:

Brand/Launch Marketing: We are looking for a passionate and creative candidate with proven experience planning and executing large marketing campaigns from title conception to launch. You’ll be responsible for creative development and building the go to market plan for a show or a channel. You’ll be an expert in managing blocking issues, anticipating and making tradeoffs, meet committed delivery timelines and deliver post campaign analysis and reporting.

Planning: Amazon Prime Video is looking for a forward-thinking, analytically minded strategic marketer to support Prime Video across Europe. The role requires an experienced senior marketer who is comfortable using customer research, hard data, and marketing & business metrics to derive insights and shape objective marketing recommendations. You will be both strategic and practical, working cross functionally to develop and implement processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will have a proven ability to balance short term initiatives with longer term strategic thinking to drive customer and commercial impact, and have a comprehensive understanding of how holistic marketing drives business performance.

Paid Search: We’re seeking an innovative and results-oriented Marketing, Product or Program Manager to scale and automate our Paid Search & Affiliates marketing channels in multiple EU territories with a focus on customer acquisition and engagement. Successful candidates will have excellent analytical skills and a track record of delivering results, innovation and simplification in a fast paced, demanding environment. As well as obsessing about the detail and complexity of Paid Search, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to influence both external and internal stakeholders.

Cross-Site Marketing: The Cross-Site Marketing Manager will have an eye for customer lifecycle, experimentation and automation. They will leverage Amazon’s owned and operated inventory to activate and re-engage customers through A/B tests, defining success metrics and reporting on performance, to then make recommendations on programmatic scalable approaches to reach Prime Video subscribers. They will foster and maintain strong relationships with the Marketing product and tech teams, and will be across their roadmaps and prioritization methodologies in order to feed requirements back and get items prioritized accordingly.

The ideal candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience planning, producing and executing large marketing campaigns across big cross-functional teams. They will be adept in negotiating with key business partners and global teams to gain alignment on marketing plans, and ultimately manage all aspects of the project execution. A self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, this person will have the ability to persuade and influence others, with a track record of driving results.


What we are looking for?
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Proven experience in digital marketing or product/program management, ideally in entertainment.
· Experience developing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns on time and within budget
· Experience working across disciplines and managing projects across wide range of stakeholders, including presentation at a leadership level
· Strong bias for action with ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Resourceful problem-solver with ability to excel in an ambiguous environment
· Ability to think strategically and operationally, delivering the day to day while defining and leading future direction
· Highly analytical thinker, passionate about the value of quantitative data and compelled to find insight in it
· Excellent communicator both verbally and written with an ability to communicate at all levels in the organization and build strong relationships
· Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
· Relentlessly high standards with impeccable attention to detail


Further qualifications would be a plus:

· Background in the entertainment (Film/TV) industry
· A good understanding of digital products and interactive entertainment
· Experience in multi-territory campaign management
· Multi-lingual, ideally German, French, Italian and/or Spanish speaker
· SQL, Adwords and Bing Ads familiarity
· Advanced Excel capabilities
