Your responsibilities:

The Senior Media Manager will lead on the development of strategic media plans for all NOW TV advertising. You’ll be a key link to the brand and acquisition teams within NOW TV to ensure media communications are planned to deliver on brief; core business and consumer KPIs, and implemented to budget and timing deadlines.

-Lead the quarterly media planning process for NOW TV ATL media campaigns.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to produce media briefs by identifying audience groups, developing marketaudiencecompetitor insights, budget setting and defining roles of media.
-Manage the day to day media agency relationship.
-Deliver quarterly media strategies focused on ATL to build the NOW TV brand, consideration and response for our four products and various platforms.
-Support the Media Controller on delivering on media thought leadership and innovation, with a focus on digital.
-Establish a close relationship with the finance team to ensure financial management control and timely invoicing.
-Develop the Media Executive with line management duties.

Your skills:

To be successful in this role you must be able to work in a fast moving, start-up environment. You should be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders.

- You should have good attention to detail, be creative and yet results driven, take ownership of your work and refuse to settle for second best.
- detailed knowledge of the working of all media channels, owners and agencies
- driving media and creative integration
- management of multi-million pound budgets
- ability to analyse, interpret and media research
- A minimum of 5 years experience in either a media agency, owner or client media role.
- Experience of fast-moving and complex organisations.
- Proficiency in xls and ppt
