We are looking for a talented paid media operative, with around 1-2 years experience. Ideally, you will have worked on social, search and display campaigns extensively - this is a great role for someone with a rounded specialism. You will be responsible for delivering on strategic objectives and targets for all of our internal brands, so we need someone who is responsible; driven and professional.
Reporting to the Paid Media Team Leader and part of the Agency Services department - you will be afforded extensive training and development opportunities. We put the needs of our staff and our clients before anything else.
Excitingly, there is opportunity to progress to a strategic role within the next year, for the right person. As such, we are looking for someone ambitious and focused.
You’ll be responsible for:
Effective day to day management of a portfolio of paid search accounts.
Creation and management of paid social campaigns.
Creative brief, set-up and management of display campaigns.
Managing the relationship with our advertising partners.
Monthly reporting to internal stakeholders.
Contributing to strategic vision and technological advancement on the paid media landscape.
Expansion and growth of key business areas through paid media as a channel.
Assisting in training and mentoring more junior members of staff.
Analysis of your portfolios activity.
Taking a steer on your own personal development, with our support and guidance.
Strong paid search experience, primarily on Google.
Strong paid social experience, primarily on Facebook and Instagram.
Some experience with display advertising, preferably dynamic remarketing.
Exemplary spreadsheet skills (Excel, Sheets).
Strong communication skills.
Experiencing managing moderate levels of advertising spend (£100K/m ideally).
A mix of creative and logical approach.
An agency background.
A degree level qualification in business or marketing.
Experience with a range of verticals and budgets.
A well rounded understanding of other marketing channels.
A strong range of software knowledge.
