Amazon Fuse allows Amazon to enable mobile operators and OEMs globally to resell our consumer service offerings including Prime, Amazon Music, Prime Video, Twitch, Audible and more. We help our partners leverage Amazon’s services to drive differentiated offerings and streamlined access for their customers across the globe. We are in growth mode, currently expanding our footprint with our service offerings, B2B tools, and global partnerships at a rapid pace and need experienced marketing leaders to help us drive great results. The team is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing innovator to help drive successful Fuse partner launches and strong customer adoption, engagement and retention in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability build successful launch and sustaining campaigns by diving deep into the creative vision for a project and combining this with insights around customer data including content and usage trends. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively, building trust across internal teams as well as external partners. The focus will be on building, measuring and optimizing successful, results-oriented marketing programs for Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music and other digital services in a fast-paced environment, often with aggressive timelines. This person must also have experience in creating centralized programs that can be leveraged on a global scale, both directly and by others. Above all, this person must have a passion for understanding what drives consumer and partner behavior and the experience to turn that passion and experience into integrated launch and sustaining campaigns that deliver results. This position will report to the head of EMEA consumer services partner marketing, and will be held accountable to deliver on team and partner goals around Fuse partnerships that specifically drive new customers and sustained engagement.

As Partner Marketing manager on the Fuse team, your key responsibilities will include:
· Collaborating internally with product and brand teams to deliver best in class campaign opportunities and assets for our partners across Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music and more.
· Working closely with partners across the EMEA region to understand their customers, their goals and their approach to marketing and content
· Leading, influencing, and executing integrated go to market plans with multiple partners and across relevant internal teams
· Creating ongoing propositions for key partners to market our services (i.e. content focus, differentiated offerings), and drive customer engagement and retention
· Communicating content updates including Amazon Original movie and TV releases to partners across the region, then working closely with partners to build compelling marketing programs against this content for customers
· Partnering with Business Development leads on the sell-in of new partnerships with pitches, proposals, and B2B communications that bring Amazon’s services and content to life
· Identifying new ways to leverage Prime benefits and Amazon Originals to drive acquisition and engagement through implementation of various test and learn campaigns, offerings and programs
· Continually optimizing partnerships from launch through to ongoing sustain efforts to maximize performance
· Functioning at a global level, sharing best practices, and scaling programs or campaigns that would benefit EMEA and other regions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Entertainment marketing experience in film, music, television or gaming
· A passion for managing details to optimize programs, tools, and creative
· Creative campaign development experience
· Experience working with partners and delivering results across multiple regions, navigating different cultures and understanding different customer bases
· Must be willing to travel
· Experience in developing scalable tools and processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA preferred
· Relevant work experience in integrated partner marketing within the mobile industry, subscriptions, and/or entertainment and sponsorships
· Experience in global and/or centralized marketing leadership experience
· A passion for video content (film and television) a plus
· Fluency in one or more languages, particularly Spanish, German, Arabic or French a plus
· Knowledge of Amazon processes, organizational behaviors, and tools a plus
· Demonstrated ability to view partners as customers, focusing on their needs and goals, and driving great programs for customers that drive great results for partners
· Demonstrated ability to create innovative new programs around entertainment content that generate results
· Strong time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Tenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams
· Excellent written communications and business case writing skills
