We’re seeking an innovative, results-oriented performance marketer to lead Prime Video’s digital marketing strategy through associates and performance partners across Europe.

The successful candidate will push the boundaries testing and optimizing, driving incremental Prime Video customer acquisition, activation and engagement.

This role requires someone with a demonstrated record of analytical rigor, entrepreneurship, creative problem solving, and exceptional stakeholder management.

In this role, you will:
- Own planning, implementation, management and optimization of Prime Video’s performance partnerships and associates channel across EU
- Be directly responsible for digital marketing activities and strategy across associates and performance partners
- Work with product teams to improve conversion, ensuring your channel’s performance is optimised
- Develop, own and implement the plan to test new acquisition offers and propositions in your channel
- Work closely with the rest of the Prime Video organization to support key strategic content launches, including Live Sport

- Drive the implementation of new, scalable marketing programs in partnership with Amazon teams across the global organization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
· Professional non-internship marketing experience
· Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to c-suite stakeholders
· Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
· Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
· Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong bias for action with ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Relevant experience in performance digital marketing and project management
- Self-starter who is a customer obsessed, detail oriented and data driven
- Resourceful problem-solver with ability to excel in an ambiguous environment
- Passion for digital entertainment and interest in OTT TV/Film industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in driving acquisition for subscription based programs
- Experience managing large-scale marketing programs
- Experience developing and delivering testing roadmaps
- Pan-European marketing experience
