About the Team:
The PMO defines, maintains and improves standards for project management within BSM Customer Delivery. It reports on the overall Portfolio (P3O) and is integral to key business processes e.g. QGates & resourcing, working closely with and supporting BSM Portfolio Managers and Head of Customer Delivery.
This is a standard Principal PMO role in which you will be accountable for reporting project Time, Cost, Quality, Scope, & operating QG1.5, QG2 & 4.
The role exists to provide control and reporting of Project Management practices and processes, support to Business processes e.g. QGate, and using PMO tooling e.g. Clarity, Perform, Full MS Office suite, SharePoint, Lync
Delivery of PM KPIs including:
* Owner of QGate 1.5 -PM & PgM Resource Process – Resourcing Experience is essential
* Managing Project Health Checks (to >85%)
* Managing Clarity codes and data extraction
* Preparing, hosting, documenting and releasing QG2 approvals
Skills & experience:
* Excellent organisational skills with good written & verbal communications
* Qualified to Prince2 Foundation (with ITIL v3 Foundation preferable)
* Experience of PMO or Project Management
* Previous Resourcing experience
* Ability to work independently and ‘own’ the role once established
