Your key responsibilities:
The role exists to lead the delivery of multiple complex Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and programmes.
- Strong knowledge of CI principles and tools, and their application to support the delivery of CI programmes that positively impact on the environment our customers and frontline colleagues interact in
- Deliver dynamic CI projects that add value for customers and colleagues alike, and supports CSG priorities and complements the Believe in Better ethos
- Builds, develops and maintains strong sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and ensures that expectations are met
- Works in partnership with the business and uses specialist knowledge to influence change and business pipeline projects whilst challenging the status quo using questions to clarify expectations and success criteria
-Produces professional and incisive analysis to communicate successes and failures; add valuable insight to enable influence change and business projects
-Leads by example and takes responsibility for successful delivery of initiatives within owned portfolio
