Leeds Building Society is looking for a Senior Product Development Manager to join our Product Development department. You will be based at our Head Office in the heart of Leeds city centre.
About the role
The Senior Product Development Manager will research and develop new products and propositions that support the delivery of the Society's vision ensuring that a balance is achieved between commercial goals and customer outcomes. You will be responsible for a number of specific ancillary products / third party relationships and accountable for commercial contribution and performance. As a Senior Product Development Manager you will assess market trends in order to maintain a competitive advantage and plan for future workloads, products and services

• Substantial/wide ranging experience in marketing/risk based roles
• Analytical and sound decision making skills
• Report writing and presentation skills
