The role:

Your objective is to build and maintain a revenue stream from two of our key accounts, whilst building the foundations to grow a team of 2 people and develop yourself into a managerial / director level role. Some key responsibilities include:

Clients

  • Pitching retained and exclusive work in the FMCG arena
  • Executing 48 hour turnaround on briefs
  • Provide value added and consultative information (salary surveys / industry news etc)

 Candidates

  • Growing a high quality, concentrated network of 10/10 candidates
  • Interview coaching and advice
  • Providing a slick candidate experience
