The role

You’ll play a pivotal role in communicating our corporate sales messages to our front line sales staff - equipping them with the knowledge to communicate effectively with clients and intermediaries, hit their targets and deliver the AXA PPP healthcare strategy.You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering timely sales support materials for our proposition, as well as the reporting of external factors that affect our market places, such as: competitor activity, press releases and PR campaigns, health and business insights, business and economics and the NHS.The role is an excellent opportunity to really understand the breadth of what we do and develop skills applicable to all communication roles within a global healthcare organisation.

Your role will include:

Liaising with senior stakeholders from around the department and business in order to meet communications needs

Developing a communications plan
Developing and crafting original and innovative internal communications to inspire our sales force and help them strengthen our brand in healthcare
Writing and distributing a weekly newsletter to our sales force
Involvement in projects to support the business, including webinars and product launches*
There will be travel as and when required in this role to other AXA PPP offices.

What we’re looking for

You must have

* Experience working in communications
* Excellent written skills, including the ability to write a wide range of articles to fixed deadlines
* Strong communications skills
* Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
* A good eye for detail
* Ability to work on own initiative and manage own work load
* Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and willingness to learn other applications in order to publish content internally

We'd love if you also had

* Knowledge of the healthcare and/or insurance sector
* Knowledge of Corporate Sales and Marketing and relevant audience segments would be an advantage
* Dreamweaver experience an advantage but not necessary
