Our client is looking to recruit an additional Service Advisor to accommodate its very large , busy service department and facilitate our changing approach to the service experience. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering the highest standard of customer service and should have at least 12 months experience as an automotive customer Service Advisor and preferably with the knowledge of Kerridge.
As well as handling incoming enquiries and customer service visits you will be carrying out basic inspections on customers vehicles prior to their scheduled slot in our workshop.
The Service Advisor salary package provides a competitive basic based on experience as well as a structure bonus scheme that rewards experience and loyalty of the employee
