Joining them on their mission to inspire action and change to solve UK poverty, you will become part of an organisation that’s embracing matrix working, technology, innovation, digital and design thinking to modernise what they do and how they do it.
Creating meaningful experiences through user-centred design and problem-solving will be at the heart of your work as they transform their organisation and the experience of their users.
They are looking for someone with huge enthusiasm for what they do, who can engage in their mission and purpose. Their ideal candidate will not only be passionate about user-centred design, but also highly collaborative working across the business so that they use expertise and resources to maximum effect.
You will be experienced at identifying opportunities to improve an existing service and will establish new service patterns and standards. You will be able to turn insight into action and demonstrate how to remove complexity from services.
Excellent communication skills are key as you will need to be able to explain ideas in a way that other people understand and engage the whole team in the design process. Above all, you be able to interpret user research and develop designs based on evidence of user needs and our organisational outcomes.
Our Client is a social change organisation with a 100-year history. They are built on trust, show they care, and exist to make a difference.
They work with others to put forward sector-leading research, evidence, solutions and stories to the UK’s influencers and decision-makers.
They believe that a prosperous poverty-free UK is within reach - they just need more people to believe it too.
To make their vision a reality they need talent, ideas, skills and passion, plus they need to change some of what they do and how they do it. So, they’re embarking on a significant period of change - change that will see them become an outcomes-focused organisation that embraces new ways of working and modern practices.
If you share their passion, then they need to hear from you.
