An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Shopper Marketing team for a Shopper Marketing Manager within our Grocery channel. On a day to day basis you will support the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager in shaping the Shopper Marketing strategy for your channel and develop an annual shopper marketing plan that brings that strategy to life in your key customers. On a day to day basis you will work closely with your customers marketing teams to ensure that we have a full understanding of their strategy, tactics and approach to shopper marketing. The shopper marketing manager will ensure our plan is executed flawlessly, bringing our brands to life whilst building both ours and the customers businesses. Use strategic capability and commercial acumen to attract new shoppers to our brands or existing consumers on new occasions, building category value for our customers.
We are looking for candidates who have strong shopper marketing expertise with solid experience of developing and delivering commercially grounded marketing activity into customers within an FMCG environment. You will also have a track record of successfully activating brand, NPD and portfolio activities as well as experience of working with multiple customers across different channels in a consumer-led organisation.
