Shopper Marketing Managers
Global FMCG Leader

A strong track record in shopper, retail or brand marketing is key for these busy and exciting roles with one of the world’s leading FMCG companies.  Working across a portfolio of brands, you will work with major retailers to develop and build integrated retail promotional campaigns and brand activations spanning ATL & BTL media and display/POS across all shopper touchpoints - driving footfall, building brand awareness and raising the profile of specific brands and new launches.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams and working with agencies to develop customer-specific brand activation plans and initiatives for strategic business initiatives and new product launches
  • Working with digital marketing colleagues to help shoppers with brand/product education, self-diagnosis and self-selection tools
  • Leading relationships with retailer Marketing & Activation teams to deliver agreed objectives and responsibilities
  • Contributing to the annual Joint Business Planning process by delivering annual activation plans that reflect the account objectives and initiatives
  • Understanding and analysing shopper behaviour with insight data from Nielsen, IRI and other sources.

  • Commercial savvy with a good grasp of financial and insight data
