We are looking to appoint a full-time Social Media Community Manager working in one of the most fast paced and exciting growth industries. Our client operates companies within a portfolio spanning across a number of different markets and sectors.

The duties will include:

  • Monitor, listen and respond to users on SM channels while cultivating leads and sales
  • Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions through careful scheduling between operating companies
  • Develop and expand community and/ or influencer outreach efforts
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the operating company's target audiences, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
  • Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, application, channels, design and strategy
  • Analyse campaigns and translate data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
  • Producing, scheduling and releasing content
