Our client requires a full-time Social Media and Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities within this role will include:
Develop and implement a strategy that will support the growth plans for the business.
Producing high quality and engaging written and visual social media content on a very regular basis.
Proactively source content from around the business to use on our website and/or social media platforms.
Create useful and well written blog posts that will improve the experience of customers and improve SEO.
Communicate with customers and respond to public messages on Social Media.
Create email campaigns that are informative, engaging, visually striking and offer real benefits to customers.
Reach out to influencers, start competitions, run charity events, all to generate engagement, make a difference to people’s lives and strengthen the company brand.
Promote their brilliant customer service record.
Create a content calendar to schedule posts and content throughout the year.
Preparation of analytics and metrics reports.
Updating websites and content via a CMS.
Work closely with the graphic design team and department heads for resources, insight into customer behaviour and business information.
Facebook/Instagram and Pinterest advertising.
Media and competitor monitoring.

Previous work experiences in Marketing and Social Media.
Passion for Social Media, Digital and new Technologies.
Seamless navigation and negotiation of all the main Social Media platforms.
Proven track record of Social Media success. Understanding how success is measured.
Ability to read analytics and metrics of posts, campaigns and user interaction and present in reports.
A great understanding of SEO, SEM and PPC, enabling you to work with service providers and confirm that the best strategies and techniques are being implemented.
Excellent writing skills, engaging, thorough, great spelling and grammar.
Experience and knowledge of effective email marketing campaigns.
Experience and ability to market in traditional ways, mail-out, radio, sponsorship, magazines and newspapers.
Good photography skills, and photo/video editing.
Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to present and voice-over on videos.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse audience.
Motivation to keep yourself up to date with trends and new developments
Excellent personal organisational and multitasking skills.
