Software Engineer / Data Engineer

** Global Media Agency **

COMPANY & ROLE

This role sits within the Global Team for one of the world's most recognisable media agencies, supporting the global Data Science teams to ensure they have all the data capabilities they need to deliver advanced data science projects. This involves developing and maintaining the software apps (some of which are legacy and others which are more recent and machine learning related) , so you need a background in building applications, an understanding of web based technology as well as some experience in getting involved in traditional machine learning and modelling projects; as there will be a small element of this too.

This is a great chance to be part of a small yet influential, and visible team within one of the world's most respected Media Agencies, working on designing cutting edge applications for data science purposes. You will work alongside a very credible manager with a strong heritage in statistics and modelling as well as with two others who cover Data Science and Data Engineering. This role is a bit of a hybrid position which straddles both areas, and is essential to the team.

Clients include global automotive, travel and FMCG brands, so you will be involved in some diverse and exciting projects.
