AWS Marketplace is looking for an experienced Sr. ISV Partner Marketing Manager to join its fast-paced team.
You will help develop, deliver and execute ISV partner go-to-market programs that enable AWS leading ISV partners to aggressively drive new business through AWS Marketplace across EMEA.
You will build deep relationships with the EMEA marketing and channel organizations of the ISVs in the AWS Marketplace ISV Partner program. You will manage projects across internal and external teams to perform against the ISV Partner Go-to-Market plans, and help develop and deliver further scalable programs for AWS Marketplace Partner ISVs to help drive additional AWS customer value ISV Channel and AWS Partner streams.
To this end, you will be the primary marketing contact for the AWS Marketplace EMEA ISV Business Development Team, as well as the Global AWS Marketplace Demand Gen & Seller GTM team. This will include regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions. You will also act as the primary marketing contact and consultant for partners to help build joint marketing plans and programs.
You will monitor and support partner utilization of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and assist in enabling of appropriate spend of MDF on marketing initiatives including being an expert resource on process, guidelines and options for partners.
The ideal candidate has a strong software marketing and channel background, a successful track record in go-to-market execution who has been successful in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns with partners and building compelling joint-partner value proposition content on all Corporate Levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Partner ISV Leadership to help implement their EMEA AWS Marketplace Go-to-Market Strategies
- Work closely with the AWS Marketplace EMEA ISV Business Development- , AWS Leadership- , Amazon Partner Network-, AWS Account, and AWS Field Marketing Teams to identify priorities and help execute partner marketing initiatives
- Contribute to the design of EMEA-wide and regional partner marketing programs and campaigns
- Help develop detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels, follow-up activities, and success metrics
- Help define regional joint marketing plans with key partners
- Work with AWS Marketplace Global Go-to-Market team for current and prospective Go-to-Market Programs
- Prepare and provide business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and metrics
- Provide support for Global Go-to-Market programs, ISV recruitment and Channel Programs, as needed


· Extensive experience working in the software industry at an ISV, ISV Channel Partner or ISV Technology partner
· Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred
· Fluency in English and ideally one additional European Language (German, and/or French preferred)
· Strong marketing and business understanding and knowledge of the software ecosystem in one or more SW markets (pref. security, networking, storage and/or dev-ops)
· Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with ISV Marketing & Channel Management, and C-level executives
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholder teams
· Relevant work experience in partner marketing, demand generation in high-technology companies
· Demonstrated success in marketing roles that are partner-facing and field-facing
· Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
· Experience building global partner marketing strategies and programs


· MBA or Relevant degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
· Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business Possess an expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner ecosystem
· European Language Fluency (German, and/or French preferred)
· Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred
· Demonstrated experience in working with sales leaders in driving pipeline and revenue
· Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
· Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
· Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail
· Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
· Willing to travel to meet with partners, customers and internal stakeholders, attend events and support field teams on site
· Familiarity with SFDC and Marketo preferred

This position will involve varied amount of International Travel.
