Amazon Fashion is searching for a highly skilled Sr. Marketing Manager to lead Marketing for Prime Wardrobe, Amazon’s ‘try-before-you-buy’ clothing program, across multiple EU countries.

The Sr. Marketing Manager will play a critical role to support the rapid growth of the program by creating and executing acquisition and engagement marketing strategies across a variety of traditional (e.g., direct mail, in-parcel leaflets) and digital marketing channels (e.g., display ads, influencers). This person will lead developing and executing a go-to-market plan across three new European markets, in addition to scaling existing campaigns. They will also be responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience through merchandising planning and implementation, as well as management of marketing-led programs globally.

The role is both strategic and operational and provides the opportunity to work with tech resources (as needed) and gain exposure to senior leadership globally. We need someone who can work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth, building seasonal marketing & merchandising calendar) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, leveraging traffic channels). The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritize in a fast-changing business environment, and be passionate about the fashion industry.

Responsibilities include:
· Lead Prime Wardrobe country marketing launches
· Provide thought leadership on how to drive step-change growth in customer acquisition and engagement, working closely with Prime, Cross-Site Marketing, and Advertising
· Drive strategic thinking across various traffic channels including Influencers
· Grow and optimize various traffic channels, including search, associates/affiliates, social, email, push, etc.
· Set the strategy and execute the onsite experience which includes promotional events, merchandising, search experience, PR integration, etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· 5+ years of relevant experience
· Excels at leading a strategy and thinking big
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
· Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly
· Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership
· Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
· Ability to dive into customer insights and data to identify new opportunities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA
· Fluency in one of those languages besides English (German, Spanish, French, Italian)
· Experience in multi-country management
