Are you passionate about supporting and scaling the global APN Training Partner (ATP) ecosystem at AWS?

AWS Training and Certification (T&C) is seeking a smart, talented and experienced senior partner marketing manager to lead global ATP marketing programs and special projects. This is a unique opportunity to play an influential role in a rapidly growing business and transform the way we interact with ATPs at scale. This role will be instrumental in establishing a scalable, structured framework to empower the marketing capabilities of our ATPs and AWS marketing resources.

We are looking for an experienced program manager with a deep understanding of indirect marketing strategy and a passion for enabling partners. As part of the global partner marketing team, this role will be responsible for owning and scaling a variety of marketing initiatives and tools including global communications, enablement tools and resources, incentive programs, co-branded content and global training partner events and sponsorships.

You should have a strong track record of success in designing impactful marketing programs, analysing marketing effectiveness, modifying programs based on data, and clearly articulating results to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills, strong attention to detail, a collaborative work style, and an unparalleled work ethic. You will be comfortable with planning and executing on various stages and types of channel marketing programs; demonstrate effectiveness working in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment with a strong desire to roll up your sleeves; and have proven experience managing priorities and working across a number of internal stakeholders and local T&C marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Act as the primary global stakeholder to define the marketing strategy of the ATP channel.
· Serve as main point of contact to define and develop the ATP value proposition to our customers. Support production of messaging which ATPs can use to target customers.
· Develop and oversee the global program for AWS Partner Network (APN) Training Partner Marketing Development Funds (MDF). Provide framework, tools and governance to local geo teams on the terms of the program and track/measure overall effectiveness and ROI.
· Ensure the value of ATPs is defined and promoted via relevant channels (website, social, etc.).
· Develop a global communications calendar which encompasses all aspects of globally relevant communication. Develop and create a global series of automated marketing communications to new partners.
· Act as the business owner of the global AWS Training Partner Summit.
· Create a consistent framework for ATP sponsorship / integration at AWS field marketing events.
· Own the strategy and manage the framework for how our ATPs can execute and promote events on AWS Training.
· Create new collateral to speak to our ATPs. Work with global T&C content team to identify relevant marketing material to support ATP lead generation efforts.
· Maximise the value of APN Central as a marketing resource library for ATPs by creating and launching co-branded content for ATPs to leverage.
· Develop and lead a global webinar series and marketing enablement workshops to educate and inform ATPs.
· Earn trust and maintain strong relationships with global Training and Certification Marketing, T&C Field Marketing, T&C Product Marketing, T&C Communications, APN Programs, APN Marketing and ATP Management teams to ensure that objectives are met.
· Work on multiple programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.
· Manage multiple priorities as an independent, self-starter with excellent time management within a rapidly evolving business.
· Semi-frequent travel may be required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study preferred or equivalent work experience.
· 8+ years of relevant work experience in B2B, partner marketing, field marketing and/or channel marketing.
· Demonstrated strong business and financial acumen.
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role.
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with channel go-to-market strategy strongly preferred.
· Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services, or training and certification and organisational transformation services strongly preferred.
· Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
· Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
· Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget.
· Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
· Ability to process and analyse data, using results to inform plan development and report to the business.
· Possess an understanding of how to drive business and marketing through the sales and partner channels to grow business.
