We are looking for an experienced people manager to join our Claims Team at the number 1 global insurance brand. as a Team Leader in our Claims business your career with a world leader.

As a Team Leader you will lead a high performing Motor Claims team, contributing to the business performance, strategy and creating positive customer outcomes.

You will manage, motivate and develop your team. Having a strong focus on their individual and collective performance, ensuring they adopt the AXA Culture.

What you will be doing

* Manage
and appraise team members so their individual and collective performance
ensures delivery of individual, team and Unit Key Performance Indicators
(KPI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI)

* Support
the team to reach their potential and create a learning culture.

* Plan
activity that inspires, motivates, and creates energy and enthusiasm for
the teams common goals. Build a connected, high performing team that know
what they are doing is of great importance in the drive to become
indisputably and consistently the best claims team in the UK

* Understand
team and Unit performance against key metrics. Analyse key information
regarding team performance to help make decisions on driving continual
improvement

* Help
to drive the transformation of the claims operation by encouraging an
innovative culture and supporting people through change.

* Ensure
the team provides great customer experiences and assesses themselves
against that standard to drive self-learning and development

* Proactively
consider recognition opportunities, and reward high performance and
demonstration of the AXA Values.

* Appropriately
manage absence, performance and adherence within your team.

* Proven record in leading and motivating teams, in a target driven environment, preferably contact centre, retail or financial services
* Experience of managing teams in a fast paced and evolving environment
* Effective communication & influencing skills
* Time management and organisation skills
* Strong customer focus
* Ability to react, manage and drive change positively
* Results orientated · Commercially focused
* Proven ability to coach and demonstrate a genuine interest in developing and supporting people
* Resilient and driven
