Leeds Building Society is looking for a Technical Test Lead - Automation to join our Software Delivery Department. You will be based at our Butts Court Office in the heart of Leeds city centre.
About the role
The Technical Test Lead - Automation will develop and implement a Test Automation Framework for the Society. You will provide technical leadership and mentoring to the Developers and Testers within Software Delivery and provides authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of test planning and execution. The Technical Test Lead - Automation will also define and communicate the automated test strategy for the Society's software projects. The role includes the management of test processes, including test plans, resources, costs, timescales, test deliverables and traceability. You will also identify process improvements, and contribute to the Society's testing standards and definition of best practice.
Do you have the essential skills and experience for this role?
* Experience of all levels of test phases (unit, system, integration, acceptance) functional and non-functional
* Stake holder management
* Motivational, mentoring and leadership skills
* Ideally educated to degree level and possessing ISEB/ISTQB advanced level or equivalent qualifications.
