Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Location: Central Romsey, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £25k with an uncapped bonus plan
(Realistic first year OTE £40k - but the sky is the limit!)
Position: Flexible Working Hours, Permanent

They are looking for individuals with outgoing and persuasive personalities, oodles of enthusiasm and energy, to join. With the focus on behaviours and talent, previous experience in the telecoms industry is not necessary but a track record in sales is essential. They will provide full product training for those individuals that are highly motivated, hard-working and tenacious.
Along with an appetite for selling you will need a desire to deliver great customer service, and to be an ambassador for the brand and company values. Above all you must have a positive mind set, a desire to succeed and be a team player.
