This is a fantastic opportunity to join AXA Partners Finance team on their exciting transformation journey after they have moved the current Finance functions from Dublin to our office in Redhill and created a brand-new team.
What you will be doing?
As the Treasury Controller, your ultimate goal will be to manage the cash management activities (payment processing, bank reconciliations, Cash flow forecasting) of AXA Partners operations.
* Lead and manage all treasury activities, ensuring proper forecasting of cash flow and constant optimization of the number of bank accounts
* Issue the monthly cash report
* Ensure the bank transactions are properly recorded and reconciled and client money is property segregated and reconciled
* Optimize the bank charges and limit the FX exposure (Balance Sheet by currency)
* Constantly look for optimizing the cash management processes
* Ensure the Treasury processes are properly documented and the related internal controls are properly conducted
* Provide appropriate reporting to Group treasury team
* Manage a team of 4 in Redhill
Who are we looking for?
Qualified Accountant preferred
Experience in working in a treasury finance role
Strong and proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret and provide clear and concise analysis report and commentary
Strong demonstrated management capabilities
Highly developed organizational and prioritization skills
Flexible, adaptable, ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
Peoplesoft experience would be a distinct advantage

This role has previously existed and been staffed mainly in Dublin and form part of the wider relocation of the Travel Finance Team from Ireland to the UK.
