growing our IT Service Desk team- this is your chance for an exciting
entry level role!

The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual
to join our Service Desk Team in Tunbridge Wells. We will consider both
experienced applicants and those wishing to start their IT career from the
beginning.

The role
will encompass many aspects of IT support and provision, mainly through
provision of a front-line phone service, troubleshooting and resolving issues
and providing new and amended access for our colleagues. If you can’t resolve
an issue you will escalate to a team member to ensure this is dealt with for
our customer.

You
should be able to demonstrate an aptitude and keen interest in this field of
work.

There is the potential for an
apprenticeship to be offered for this role subject to eligibility criteria.

to demonstrate good analytical skills and be able to communicate with people at
