As a world class drinks manufacturer with state of the art facilities we supply our products across the Off and On-Trade, looking to provide a complete category solution and delivering sustainable growth to our customers. Due to an exciting growth phase based on brand growth and NPD we require a UK Shopper and Consumer Insights Manager.
You will help to create and deliver category initiatives to influence shopper behaviour at the point of purchase in both Off Trade retail and the ON Trade. Through robust, insight driven strategies, you will deliver comprehensive breakthroughs in category and shopper led solutions to deliver improved in-store and in pub - restaurant impact. In addition, you will conduct ad-hoc UK category and consumer studies to identify knowledge gaps using relevant research agencies. You will completely understand the customer and the UK market, to fully unlock the potential audience.
Ultimately we are looking for a talented individual to work closely with the UK business and assume responsibility for maintaining and developing strong, progressive relationships with UK retailers both on and off trade. Working with passion and creativity you will manage a significant budget and a small team.
Of graduate calibre with the confidence and gravitas to influence at all levels both internally and externally. Experience of working with continuous data suppliers including Kantar, IRI, Dunnhumby or Nielsen is essential.
Your ability to understand the customer and create tailored category and shopper initiatives to deliver commercial success will set you aside from the rest.
