We're working on behalf of a growing Retailer company looking to recruit a UX Designer for a 6-month contract. This role will report directly to the Head of UX and will be responsible for designing usability studies and working communicating the results to senior stakeholder.

The company is a well-established brand within the UK poised for growth and needs a number of skilled marketers to accomplish this. They are heavily investing in their UK Marketing & Digital team and due to a new leadership strategy are rethinking the way they go to market and how they retain and engage with their customers. The Marketing function looks after all aspects of marketing from digital campaigns right through to CRM. You will be responsible for managing and developing their online community, noticing trends in social behavior and being the conduit between the customer and the company to let them know the customer is really saying about the brand.

They are a well-known business in the UK and are looking to expand their teams significantly in the coming year with up-coming vacancies in digital, campaigns and communications to maintain their growth plans.

This role is responsible for:
- Running a usability studies
- Designing usability studies based on market-leading research principles
- Reporting finds to stakeholders and other team members
- Translating finding into actionable insight
- Managing multiple projects concurrently
- Making good tactical decisions on how to design and run usability studies

The company is a well-known brand within the Retailer market and has big plans to grow and develop into the digital space and become the leading player in the UK Retailer market. Headquartered in Crawley

Title: Community Manager -Retailer
Location: Victoria
Day Rate: £400 - £500
Contract Length: 6 months

Experience Required:
- Demonstrable experience running usability study projects
- Experience designing usability studies based on established research principles
-Experience presenting report findings to stakeholders and peers
- Making good tactical decisions on how to design and run usability studies
- Comfortable in a fast moving environment with regular changes in direction and priority.
- An understanding of UX research theory equivalent to a successful Masters degree, including how to work with qualitative, quantitative data.
- Experience in designing a usability study and using industry-level usability software
- Experience running studies in a formal lab, an informal lab and remote.
- Have personally run at least 50 usability study sessions
- Comfort and experience in working in an Agile setting

** Must have the necessary visas to live and work in the EU**
