Web Trading and Online Merchandise Manager

Better Placed are delighted to be partnering up with a well known and well established retailer based in Leeds within a close commute of Wakefield, Bradford and Sheffield.

As the Web Trading and Online Merchandise Manager your main responsibility will be to manage web merchandising and trading performance to drive sales, conversion, AOV and overall to be responsible for overseeing the site content to create a striking shop window!

Main Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales performance across all categories
  • Help improve the end to end product set up journey across the business
  • Weekly reporting to explain performance, identify issues and trends
  • Contribute to the AB test plan and development roadmap
  • Use product page performance reports to identify where revenue and margin can be increased by improving product page content
  • Work closely with the rest of the digital marketing team to ensure landing pages are optimized and that the SEO opportunities are identified

Skills/ Qualification/ Experience Required:

  • Experienced Merchandising / Trading skills
  • Sound experience in building collaborative relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High standard of numerical & analytical ability
  • Strong customer focus
