The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in high quality/luxury items. They will be fascinated by collectibles such as art, timepieces, classic cars and ideally their main product, whisky. Naturally, they will have an interest in how these rare items move upwards in value as demand outstrips the supply.

You will be instrumental in shaping the brand image through their social media outlets whilst simultaneously creating written content for existing and potential clients.

You possess a unique ability to balance a creative mindset and an analytical mind. You are capable of setting up clear metrics and benchmarks to measure success.

Written content creator
Produce a minimum of 2 blogs and a newsletter monthly. Your content will be distributed to and read by their B2C clients and prospects. Your aim in order of importance is to educate them, engage them, and planting seeds of future sales.
- Prepare well-structured blogs using digital publishing platforms
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise the company and products
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
- Use SEO guidelines to optimise content
- Identify customers' needs and recommend new topics
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

Social Media Manager
Create social themes and content, then manage the company's organic social media direction and growth across all relevant platforms. Your aim is to create engaging communities, build trust and reflect the brand character.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels; LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok
- Create engaging copy and work with a designer to guide content (short-form video, photography and campaign imagery)
- Responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Discover global competitors and analyse competitor activity

EXPERIENCE
- B2C audience writing experience
- Excellent copy writing and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
- Experience of producing content across a range of channels
- Able to spot new trends, emerging technology and willing to put your ideas forward
- Experienced in understanding the balance between organic reach and amplifying content via paid media
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to document plans and processes, work under pressure and take initiative

PACKAGE
- This role is 60% remote, requiring at most 2 days a week, working from the iconic Gherkin Building
- Enrolment to IPRS (Immediate Pay Rise Scheme)
- 21 days holiday per annum

They operate a three stage interview process; the first stage is an informal interview to discuss your passion and experiences (usually by Zoom). The second stage is a formal interview to delve deeper into your experience. The third and final stage will require you to produce a short presentation.
